Terms of purchase for Maddzan Lindblad Art, run by Maddzan AB. They apply when you buy as a consumer and never give you fewer rights than the law. Valid from 1 October 2026.

The products

We sell posters of Maddzan Lindblad's photo montages, printed in Sweden at 70 × 50 cm or 50 × 70 cm. The size is shown with each design. Posters come without a frame. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the print.

Order

The agreement is binding once you have paid at checkout and received an order confirmation by email. If a price or detail on the site is obviously wrong, for example because of a technical error, we may cancel the order. You then get the full amount back. If a design sells out before we have sent your order, we will contact you. You then choose whether to wait until it is available again or to get back what you paid for it, and the shipping if nothing else in the order can be sent.

If you want to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not been sent we are happy to do so, but once it is packed we cannot change it. You always keep your right of withdrawal after delivery.

Check your address at checkout. If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong, you pay for the new shipment.

Prices and VAT

All prices and shipping costs are in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euro (EUR) and include 25% VAT. For delivery to Norway no Swedish VAT is charged; Norwegian import VAT and any carrier handling fee are paid by the recipient.

Payment

Payment is made at Stripe's checkout, where you choose from the payment methods offered for your country and currency. Stripe handles the payment and we never store card details. The payment method you choose also has its own terms. The purchase appears on your statement as MADDZAN-ART.COM.

Discount codes

One discount code per order. It applies to the posters, not to shipping, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. We may end a campaign without notice, but a code already used in a completed purchase stands.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within 5 working days, often sooner, with tracked delivery by PostNord. The poster is sent rolled in a tube-shaped package.

The goods are our responsibility until you have received them. If delivery is delayed, contact us. If the delay is significant you may cancel the purchase and get your money back.

If the parcel is not collected, or is refused (including because of customs or import VAT), it is returned to us. This does not count as withdrawing from the purchase, but we cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus our actual costs for shipping it out and back.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling rules. The period starts when you receive the goods.

Tell us within the period that you want to withdraw. The easiest way is to withdraw here, and you get a receipt by email at once. You can also email maddzan@maddzan-art.com, for example with the details below. Then send the poster back no later than 14 days after your notice, preferably in the tube so it isn't damaged. You pay the return shipping. We recommend sending it with tracking, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We refund the full price, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait with the refund until we have the poster back or you have shown that it has been sent. The refund uses the payment method you paid with.

You may inspect the poster as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, for example folded, damaged or framed, we may deduct for the loss in value.

Complaints

If the poster is faulty or was damaged in transit, contact us at maddzan@maddzan-art.com, preferably with a photo. You may complain about faults for 3 years from receiving the goods. Faults that appear within 2 years are presumed to have been there from the start, unless we can show otherwise. Complain within a reasonable time of discovering the fault; within 2 months is always in time.

If the tube or the poster was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the poster. Keep the packaging until the matter is settled, as the carrier may want to see it. This is not a condition for making a complaint, but it makes it easier for us to help you.

For an accepted fault we pay the return shipping and send a new poster. If that isn't possible you get a price reduction or your money back.

Copyright

All designs are created by Maddzan Lindblad and protected by copyright. A purchase gives you the printed poster, not the right to copy, reprint or distribute the design.

If we can't agree

Contact us first and we'll try to sort it out. If we still can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se. We take part in ARN's proceedings. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.

Other

We are not liable for delays or obstacles beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or disruptions at the carrier (force majeure). We may change these terms; your purchase is always governed by the terms in force when you ordered. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

Swedish law applies to the purchase. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer rules.
